The D2.1 report from the CERITA project sheds light on a dynamic exchange of ideas between Riga and Tartu municipalities and experts from the Northern Netherlands - a region recognized for its advanced hydrogen economy and sustainable energy projects.
Through this knowledge-sharing collaboration, Baltic stakeholders gained valuable insights into:
- Green gas hubs and their integration into urban infrastructure,
- Waste-to-energy project implementation,
- Hydrogen economy practices transferable to the local context.
The exchange fostered innovation and accelerated the adoption of best practices in sustainable waste management, tailoring solutions to regional needs while leveraging successful EU models.
